§ 4 Remuneration

All stated prices are exclusive of statutory VAT. Payment terms are set out in the offer.

§ 5 Copyright

Works created by Seniti UG remain the property of Seniti UG until full payment has been received.

§ 6 Limitation of liability

Seniti UG is only liable for damages based on intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

Exercise of the right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Seniti UG, hello@seniti.org) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement.

Expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires for service contracts if Seniti UG has fully performed the service and has only begun performance after you gave your express consent.
